A velvety 2.43ct color-change Tanzanian spinel in my signature Dogwood rectangle radiant cut.  Shifts from deep mysterious violet in cool lighting to shadowy purple in warm lighting.  This spinel also has a slight "opalescence" to it, meaning it has super fine silk that gives it an inner glow in bright light.  Very clean, only one small inclusion on a corner edge.
