Shipping & Returns Policy
We are currently only shipping within the USA.

We want everyone to be thrilled with the gemstones they purchase from us! We do our best to photograph our gems in natural lighting, but nothing beats seeing a gem in person. As most gems can appear differently in various lighting conditions, we encourage you to view our gems in as many lighting conditions as possible – daylight, indoor light, cool light, warm light, soft lighting and bright lighting. In the event you aren’t satisfied with a gem, we offer a 7-day inspection period for gems ordered from us, starting from the time of receipt.
If you are interested in comparing multiple stones in person, please email us first, if possible.

If you would like to return a gem during this 7-day period, simply email us with a return request and we will send you information on how to properly ship and return the gem. If you would like to exchange a gem for a different gem, please let us know via email and we can make arrangements for that.
Gems must be returned in the same condition they were shipped out in: undamaged, unset, and unmodified. You are responsible for proper packaging and insurance; information about our return packing & shipping process will be provided to you upon your return request.
As long as the gem is in original condition, your refund will be as follows:

For single stone orders paid for via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will receive a full refund less any shipping & handling fees.

For multiple stone orders paid for via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will receive a refund less 3% restocking fee and shipping & handling fees for any gems you don't keep.

For all orders paid for via Afterpay, Affirm or Klarna, returned stones will be subject to a 6% restocking fee.

Our refund processing time is within 3 days of our receipt of the return, but please note that your banking institution may take longer to credit the refund to your account (typically 1-2 business days).

If a gem is altered, damaged, or missing, you will be responsible for the full cost of the stone, or the cost of necessary repairs to it, so please be careful during your inspection period.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns to customers if we feel they are using our return policy excessively or in an abusive/disruptive manner.
